The engagement opens with a 45-minute scoping call in which we confirm site access, establish baseline KPIs in GA4 and Search Console, and agree on the crawl scope. The full crawl and manual spot-checks take approximately five working days. You then receive a shared Notion workspace containing the issue register, a prioritised sprint board, and a short-form video walkthrough of the three most impactful findings. A 60-minute review call follows, after which your team has 30 days of Slack access for clarification questions.
